Diffuser Combo of the Month

Welcome to another week! This week has a busy one trying to finish up wedding planning- I wanted to find a diffuser blend that would help calm my nerves and allow me some peace and relaxation before the big day. I'm really big on smell, and wanted to make sure that it would make my house smell lovely at the same time. This combo smelled just like a peppermint patty!! Who doesn't want their house to smell like that?!
Because smell was a big part of this one for me, given that I was spending so much time at home, I knew I needed something with Peppermint in it. Peppermint is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. It goes into just about every diffuser combo I do- you've been warned! If you have the Essential Oil Pocket Reference Guide (which I highly recommend you have!!) you will see that peppermint oil is a anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, digestive stimulant, pain reliever and can curb appetite. It's often used for pain management, infections, nausea, headaches and skin conditions. It is also used to clear your mind and help you focus on tasks, as well as improve performance. Did I mention is smells good??
The second oil in my diffuser this week, is one of Young Living's blends- Stress Away. Even if you're not a part of our oil community, you've probably heard of this oil blend. It is SO popular. Stress Away helps to bring peace and tranquility. I use it to help relieve daily stress and tensions. It also helps to restore equilibrium and promote relaxation, and can help lower high blood pressure! Just what I need to help keep me on task and relaxed as I tie up the loose ends of the wedding.
Diffuser Combo- Peppermint Patty
4 drops- Peppermint Oil
2 drops- Stress Away Oil
